I've always been a confident person and in touch with my feelings, but I found myself in a dark and very unsettled place and I didn't know what to do.  I found Elizabeth after a lot of self-help attempts and working with a couple of other professionals that were not able to help me.  From our initial consultation I knew Elizabeth was someone I could talk to, and I was hopeful she could he help me.

We spent a lot time working through gender identity topics I never expected to share with anyone, and she helped me find a part of me that I didn't even know existed.  It's taken some time and a lot of hard work, but I feel whole.  I feel good.  I wasn't sure I'd ever feel good again.

Elizabeth is caring, completely non-judgmental, and genuinely interested in me and my well-being.  She brings a broad wealth of knowledge, experience, and tools.  I don't know where I'd be without her right now.

Thank you Elizabeth.

Ever since my first journey with Elizabeth, I have sung her praises - despite my initial skepticism. She is gifted. She adeptly understood what I was seeking to remedy, and through her most skillfully guided journeys I was able to drop every old piece of heavy baggage I’d been lugging around. Every journey was a great step forward. Working with her is like opening the windows—no the doors, and letting in fresh air. I am grateful. She is like a good guide through the wilderness!

Elizabeth is a gifted healer who uses her intuition, and well-developed skills in Depth Hypnosis, Applied Shamanism, and Shamanic Counseling to facilitate a personal healing journey. This journey will take you to places where you need to let go of limitations that get in the way of knowing your true self and finding your life’s purpose.

I am a trauma survivor of severe child abuse, and have used several different therapeutic modalities in my healing journey. I believe that the process Elizabeth uses takes you deeper into your soul, into the most tightly woven wounds. The process also provides you with personal guides that are always available for guidance. You only have to ask them to help!

I feel very privileged to have been able to work with Elizabeth on my healing journey.  Elizabeth is an intuitive, gifted, and insightful healer who brings true authenticity to her practice. As a childhood trauma survivor, I have spent years doing therapeutic and spiritual work to find healing. Through Elizabeth’s skills with Depth Hypnosis and Shamanic Counseling, I have found new depth in this healing process. She has gently and intuitively led me to places that I have never been before, and given me tools that have allowed me to develop a stronger connection with my spiritual guide. My work with Elizabeth has been empowering and growthful ~ she has challenged me to become more authentic and true to myself. I am deeply grateful for this work, and for the unique gifts that Elizabeth has shared with me.

I worked with Elizabeth as a shamanic counselor and was able to work on an important issue in my life and get powerful results in a short period of time. As a shamanic counselor, Elizabeth was able to work with me in a different way than a traditional counselor. She taught me how to use the shamanic journey to ask important questions and guide the process of discovering deeper wisdom in my life. I would highly recommend her as a shamanic counselor.

My experience with Elizabeth and the horses exceeded my expectations. Walking around the pasture soaking in nature and their energy would have been enough. April (a horse) decided she would work with me through the exercises Elizabeth designed. Through the partnership with April I was able to release some pretty strong, unhappy feelings from my core. April knew exactly what to do, and when she knew we were done she walked away. Surreal, incredible, calming, peaceful, and thankful are all words that come to mind about the experience.

Working with Elizabeth and the horses helped me gain more confidence in my personal life and to be more assured in who I am and my potential. She helped me better understand and work with challenging family dynamics and relationships at school. She supported me in following my career path after high school and seeking friends who were a good fit for my authentic self. Working with her and the horses really changed how I look at life around me and how I interact with others. Thank you for all your guidance. You really helped me a lot!

I had the pleasure to do work with Elizabeth and her beautiful horses. Elizabeth blends being conscious in our bodies with connecting with nature through horses. Being with these amazing four- legged creatures is an experience that anyone who wants to look at themselves and make changes in their life should do. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to be with Elizabeth Day and the horses—they are true spirit.

I came to Elizabeth through my doctor’s referral, having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.  My condition led the doctor to believe that somatic therapy would be helpful in getting more in touch with my emotions and into my body where energy was “stuck.” Elizabeth’s guidance from the beginning was very focused, gentle and respectful, allowing me to open to her and to the horses— and to my own inner knowing, in a deep and grounding way. It was clear that she thought about what my needs were in between sessions as well. She always came prepared with new ways of working that allowed me to really sense the horses’ energies and enabled me to open myself fully to the process. She is a gifted and delightful counselor and teacher.  I learned a lot from her and I continue to practice the exercises she gave me which are so very helpful in daily life.

Recently I had the honor of having a somatic and equine-assisted coaching session with Elizabeth Day. I came away from the experience reeling with a deep joy, and a much stronger connection to my inner-knowing.

Let me start by saying Elizabeth is insightful, intuitive, empathetic and deeply connects with her clients as well as her horse herd. We spoke for a long time prior to our meeting so that Elizabeth could get a true sense of what areas of my life I wanted to work on.  When we met for our coaching session she was well prepared. I felt like I had a true partner in the experience. Elizabeth is real, funny, and opens herself to her clients.

After a sage cleansing and setting our intention for the session, Elizabeth shared some methods of helping me center my body and balance my energy field, working with the breath, gravity, dropped and open attention. We then sensed into the energy of the herd and I went to meet them. I hadn’t been around horses for a very long time and I was a bit uneasy. But that discomfort soon vanished as Elizabeth led me through simple practices of sharing energy with the horses. At one point I was in the midst of six horses and felt no discomfort or apprehension. Just pure support, energy exchange and communication from the herd and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth designed the perfect session for me. Each horse or herd interaction had a purpose, and that was to connect with the herd energy to learn, heal, gain insight or clarity – whatever my goal was. Working first with a single horse within the herd, then moving from horse to horse, touching, smelling, appreciating, laughing, crying, being filled with joy. Healing.

Elizabeth would join in at specific intervals to check on me, to share her observations of the actions and energy of the herd, and offer support and guidance. It’s hard to articulate my exact feelings, the tears shed, the joy felt and the healing that occurred because of this experience. Not a day has gone by that I haven’t thought of it and felt the still-present energy of the herd and of Elizabeth.

Along with a spiritual experience, I also came away with tools that I can use to continue to grow, change and heal. Thank you, Elizabeth, and your wonderful herd! My heart is still overflowing with gratitude!
